All details regarding the application for the Competition can be found in the Competition Regulations.
1. Is the order of the pieces in an audio/video recording predetermined?
The order in which the pieces are performed in the audio-video recording is arbitrary. We recommend performing the etudes from groups (a) and (b) directly after each other.
2. Which pieces can I repeat in the different stages?
Pieces performed in an audio/video recording can be repeated in the Preliminaries and in the Competition stages.
Pieces played in the Preliminaries - with the exception of études from groups a) and b) - may also be repeated during the Competition.
It is not allowed to perform the same piece in different stages of the Competition.
3. Can the Etudes that are grouped with the Nocturnes be repeated?
An Etude that is not listed in groups a) and b) (E major Op. 10 No. 3, E-flat minor Op. 10 No. 6, C-sharp minor Op. 25 No. 7) may be performed in the audio-video recording, the Preliminary Round, and during the Competition.
4. Is it sufficient to send only the electronic form?
In addition to submitting the electronic form, you must also print it out, sign it by hand and send it to the Institute's address by 12 January 2025 (date on the postmark).
You should not attach the documents already included in the electronic form.
5. Can recommendations be in a language other than Polish or English?
Recommendations should be written in Polish or English or translated into one of these languages.

The audio/video recording must be recorded as whole (without cuts) in one file.
