Born on 18 December 2003, he studied piano and composition at the high school attached to China Conservatory of Music, with teachers Tianhong Tan and Xin Xie. He is currently a student of Jerome Lowenthal and Emanuel Ax at The Juilliard School. He has taken part in many piano competitions, securing among others the 2nd Steinway Piano Prize (2019) and 1st at Naumburg (2023) & Gina Bachauer at The Julliard School (2023). He is also a winner of the Bösendorfer & Yamaha USASU International Competition (2nd prize). He has performed recitals in China, the US and Canada. In February 2024, he gave a recital in Carnegie Hall and included a world-premiere of his newest work.
