Born on 26 October 2004, he started playing piano at the age of four and then enrolled at the affiliated primary and middle school of Shanghai Conservatory of Music to study with Yang Yunlin. Since 2023, he has been studying under Dang Thai Son at Oberlin Conservatory of Music. He has won many prizes in national and international piano competitions, such as the 7th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Piano Competition (Grand Prix and prizes for concert and mazurka performances), 2nd International Fryderyk Chopin Competition in Beijing (6th prize and the best mazurka performance) and the 17th International Anton Rubinstein Competition (2nd prize).
