Born on 13 March 2002, he has studied at the middle school affiliated to Shenyang Conservatory, China. He is currently studying at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester under Graham Scott, thanks to a full Royal Schools of Music scholarship. During his studies, Yuxuan has won the Mark Ray Recital Prize, 1st prize in UK Appelbe Piano Competition, 3rd prize at the Birmingham International Piano Competition and many other piano prizes. He has performed at the Stockport Town Hall, Nottingham Royal Theatre, Hjorring Hall in Denmark and St Columb’s Hall in Northern Ireland. In 2024, he was awarded the Yamaha Europe Scholarship.
