Born on 17 November 1999, he learned piano under Vladimir Petruccio and Qifang Li at the Central Conservatory of China in Beijing. He has received a Master’s Degree and Artist Diploma in Cleveland under Sergei Babayan. He studies with him now at the Southern Methodist University Meadows School of Arts in Dallas. He has attended many masterclasses delivered by the likes of Garrick Ohlsson, Ching-Yuan Hu and James Giles. He has won numerous prizes, including 1st prizes at the Gotrian Competition (2016), double winner at the national Chopin Competition in Texas (2015 & 2017) and the 2019 Cleveland Institute of Music Concerto Competition. In 2022, he performed Chopin’s Concerto in E minor with his college orchestra conducted by JoAnn Falletta.
