Born on 7 May 2000, he began playing the piano at the age of three. He then studied at the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music high school under Hongbo Quan. He is currently studying at the Central Conservatory of Music under Danwen Wei. In 2016, Shunshun won 1st and Best Polonaise Performance prizes at the 1st Beijing Chopin International Piano Competition for Young Pianists, Junior Division. He has frequently performed with the China Philharmonic Orchestra and the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music Symphony Orchestra. In 2017, Shunshun received an invitation from the Mickiewicz University Poznań to give a concert at The Birthplace of Fryderyk Chopini Żelazowa Wola.
