Born on 15 June 1999 in Japan, Yuki Amako is currently studying under Professor Pavel Gililov at The Mozarteum University in Salzburg, having earlier attended The Tōhō Gakuen School Of Music with Professor Nobuhito Nakai. He has won numerous international piano competitions, including 2nd prize at the Tbilisi International Piano Competition (2022) and the J.N. Hummel International Piano Competition (2024), 1st prize at The Student Music Concours of Japan (2015), as well as 3rd and Audience Prize at The 2018 Music Competition of Japan. He has performed with many orchestras, including The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, The Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, The Georgian and The Slovak Philharmonic Orchestras.
