Born on 6 May 2002, Vladimir Aćimović earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, where he is presently pursuing his Master’s Degree. He simultaneously studied at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade and is pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts there. He has won prizes at numerous international piano competitions, including The Bydgoszcz Arthur Rubinstein In Memoriam and The Düsseldorf Robert Schumann Competitions. He has reached the final of the 64th Busoni Piano Competition. He has performed all across Europe, the US and Russia with orchestras such as the Sofia Philharmonic, The Ensemble Esperanza and The Cologne Chamber Orchestra. In 2026, Naxos Records will publish his performance of piano works composed by Felix Draeseke.
