Born on 28 February 2002, he began playing piano at the age of four. He then studied at the Middle School Affiliated to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music under Ting Zhou. In 2020, he was admitted to The Juilliard School under the guidance of Robert McDonald. He has attended masterclasses led by Gary Graffman, Wha-Kyung Byun, William Grant Nabore, Jörg Demus and Pi-Hsien Chen. He has won 1st prizes at the Steinway & Sons International Youth Piano Competition in 2017, the 2020 Piano Concerto Competition held at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and The Juilliard School’s 2024 Maurice Ravel Concert Piano Competition.
