Born on 15 March 2001, he began studying at the Oberlin College & Conservatory in Ohio. He is now an MA student at the New England Conservatory in Boston under Dang Thai Son. His notable achievements include 1st prize at the 2023 Ljubljana Piano Competition and being asked to perform Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with the Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. In 2024, he won 4th prize and The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society Youngest Finalist Award at The Leeds International Piano Competition (in the finals performing Beethoven’s Fourth Concerto). He was also invited to perform Brahms’ Second Concerto with Yan Pascal Tortelier and The RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra at the opening concert of the Ljubljana Winter Festival in 2024.
